Provide participants with knowledge in key legislative provisions, basic principles of Facilities maintenance and services, as well as Communications and Administrative skills in the Property Management industry.

Course Objective

The course will provide Legislative-Technical-Administrative knowledge for Operational-level management of strata-titled properties. It covers the application of Building Maintenance & Strata Management Act (BMSMA), relevant legislative requirements, understanding the requirements for building services and maintenance, communications, and strata property office administration.

Course Outline

By the end of the course, participants will be able to:

Apply relevant legislative requirements to manage Strata-Titled Properties, in compliance to the Legislative-Technical-Administrative requirements of BMSMA
Describe the requirements for Building services and maintenance
Apply effective Communication principles to manage the strata property office administration

Minimum Requirements

i) GCE ‘O’ or ‘N’ Level with credits in English & Mathematics or equivalent
and
ii) Basic IT proficiency in use of MS Office software

A Certificate of Attendance will be awarded to participants who meet at least 75% attendance rate

• Certificate of Completion (electronic Certificate will be issued)
A Certificate of Completion will be awarded to participants who pass the assessment and meet at least 75% attendance rate
