Course Objective

The objective of this course is for participants to adopt creative and critical thinking approaches to solve real world problems or issues at work. Using recognised methodologies, participants will be equipped with tools to develop critical thinking habits of the mind and adopt creative problem-solving skills.

By the end of the course, participants will be able to:

• Identify characteristics of creative and critical thinkers

• Understand phases of creative and critical thinking

• Learn various creative and critical thinking strategies

• Apply various creative and critical thinking strategies

• Recognise assumptions and fallacies

• Understand barriers to creative and critical thinking
