This course provides hands-on activities to plan, organise and manage live stream on social media platforms. Participants will pick up live hosting skills from this course and discover ways to enhance live stream using various tools, equipment and software to increase engagement with customers.
This course aims to introduce participants to the fundamentals of e-commerce and live-streaming through authentic learning and practical experiences with industry partners. In this module, participants will learn about the e-commerce and social commerce landscapes, as well as the end-to-end ecosystem of e-commerce. Through hands-on experiences with industry partners, participants will then learn how to market their products using online visual merchandising techniques, as well as design consumer experiences and develop content strategies. They will also get the opportunity to work with industry partners to produce live-streaming content.
