Participants will develop and deploy AI-powered tools supporting on-demand, purpose-driven learning and enhance performance at the workplace. Some key skills include effectively integrating technologies, from chatbots to infographics and AI-generated video content, in Workplace-Learning context and related applications below:
a) Enhance employee learning and support using innovative AI tools
b) Develop interactive learning resources (such as chatbots and videos) providing real-time assistance, saving training resources
c) Streamline content creation for training programmes, allowing faster adaptation and deployment of learning materials
d) Drive employee performance through tailored resources addressing specific needs and skill gaps within the workforce

Course Objective

This course is designed to enable Learning and Development Professionals, Human Resource (HR) Practitioners, and Business Leaders to effectively apply Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) tools in Workplace Learning and Performance Enhancement. Participants will gain the ability to design, develop, as well as deploy AI-powered solutions (e.g., conversational and generative chatbots, video resources) to create engaging training environments. By the end of the course, participants will be able to implement strategies boosting learning outcomes, improve employee performance, and drive engagement with their organisations’ stakeholders.

Participants will develop real-world AI tools such as:
a) Interactive chatbots identifying specific learning needs
b) Rapid Content Creation where they will design and produce video resources, as well as infographics aligning with organisational training goals
c) Those implementing workplace learning strategies to achieve measurable performance improvements

Course Outline

By the end of the course, participants will be able to: 
  1. Describe what GenAI is, as well as how it transforms jobs and tasks.
  2. Identify opportunities to adopt and implement GenAI tools.
  3. Curate AI-powered learning support resources in organisational context.
  4. Develop one supportive AI tool.
  5. Explore strategies to effectively implement it.
  6. Drive employee performance through tailored resources addressing specific needs and skill gaps within the workforce.

  • Introduction to Rapid Video Resource and Infographic Creation using an Artificial Intelligence-Powered Tool
  • Hands-on Developing Video Resource for Workplace Learning
  • Applications of Artificial Intelligence-Powered Chatbot and Video Resource for Workplace Learning

Minimum Requirements

Must be computer literate and Diploma holder, with at least One Year of working experience

Certification / Accreditation

• Certificate of Attendance (electronic Certificate will be issued)
A Certificate of Attendance will be awarded to participants who meet at least 75% attendance rate

• Certificate of Completion (electronic Certificate will be issued)
A Certificate of Completion will be awarded to participants who pass the assessment and meet at least 75% attendance rate
