There has been renewed interest learning in artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning in recent years. This is fuelled by the recognition that data generated contains a wealth of information that could be distilled from it. This course helps to provide and introduction to the fundamentals of AI and machine learning and how it could impact your work. The course also imparts practical skills on how to apply machine learning without requiring coding.

Course Objective

This course aims to introduce artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML). The course focuses on learning how to apply AI and ML to solve real-life problems. Through practical sessions, participants will experience the setting up and use of a simple machine learning tools that do not require coding.

• Online/cloud-based machine learning tools
• Supervised learning applications
• Unsupervised learning applications

Minimum Requirements

Familiarity with IT tools such as Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. Participants are required to bring a laptop for this course.

Certification / Accreditation

• Certificate of Attendance (electronic Certificate will be issued)
A Certificate of Attendance will be awarded to participants who meet at least 75% attendance rate

• Certificate of Completion (electronic Certificate will be issued)
A Certificate of Completion will be awarded to participants who pass the assessment and meet at least 75% attendance rate

Suitable for

The course will be useful to those who wish to experience setting up a simple AI and machine learning system to solve real-life problems.
Participants will online/cloud-based machine learning tools to train models and finally retrieve results from the machine learning models.
