MaritimeONE Bursary (Open until 15 Nov)

The MaritimeONE Bursary provides support to students, across various diploma courses, from financially disadvantaged backgrounds. It ensures that the doors to quality education remain open to Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents to expand the talent pool for the Maritime sector.
Eligibility Criteria
- Singaporean and Singapore PR students;
- Full-time undergraduate courses in the local ITE, polytechnics and universities with good results;
- Gross Monthly Household Per Capita Income (PCI) of less than or equal to $2,500 per month
Bursary awardees must sign a letter of undertaking to be morally obligated to join the maritime industry for 6-months upon graduation.

SINDA-SIET Tertiary Bursary (Open until 30 Sep)
Application Deadline: 30 September 2024
The SINDA-SIET Tertiary Bursary empowers Singaporean Indian students facing financial challenges and ensures that no one is held back by financial constraints in their pursuit of excellence.
Value: $200 / Month up to 9 months.
Eligibility Criteria
- Singaporean or Singapore PR of Indian origin
- Full-time Diploma students
- Monthly per capital income (PCI) must not exceed $1600
- Applied for financial assistance such as Ministry of Education (MOE) or Higher Education Community Bursary, Tuition Grant/Loan etc. with SP prior to applying for SINDA-SIET Tertiary Bursary Award 2024

SIET is dedicated to providing assistance for deserving Singaporean Indian students from low-income families who are experiencing financial challenges.

Sivadas-HEB Education Fund (Closed)

The Sivadas-HEB Education Fund invites Hindu students from low-income families pursuing tertiary education to apply for financial assistance to help them meet the cost of their education. Students can apply for either a Tuition Subsidy or an Education Grant.
Education Grant: One time award, up to $1500
Eligibility Criteria
- Singaporean or Singapore PR
- Hindus
- Full-time Diploma students
- Monthly per capital income (PCI) must not exceed $1900
- Not in receipt of any bursary
Application must be submitted online through Hindu Endowments Board website here.
Shortlisted applicants may be required to attend an interview within 3 weeks of the closing date.

Quantum of Scholarship: up to $4500/ Academic Year
Quantum of Bursary: up to $3000/ Academic Year
Eligibility Criteria
- Singaporeans or Singapore PRs
- Teochew
- Full-time Diploma students
- Good character and conduct
- Bursary applicant must pass each subject / module.
