This 2-day workshop on basic facilitation skills for effective community engagement is crucial for organisations that interact with communities.
Community engagement is essential for organisations to build trust, establish empathy, and foster meaningful relationships with the communities they serve. By equipping participants with foundational aspects of community engagement, such as empathy, trust building, and rapport building, the workshop ensures that organisations organisations can effectively connect with and understand the needs of the communities they engage with.
