Mentoring is a well-used term and management tool in almost all organisation. These carefully crafted two half-day sessions seek to increase insights and foster alignment among the senior executives on this common topic of mentoring. In doing so, senior executives will have a shared understanding and perspective on the significance and challenges of effective mentoring in an organisation.
